By purchasing any creative service from KJ Social Studios, LLC, clients acknowledge & agree to the following terms. This policy applies to all individually purchased creative services that do not require a scheduled photography, videography, or content creation session.

Payments & Refunds

Full payment is required before any creative work begins. All purchases are final & non-refundable, including cancellations, changes of mind, unused services, & projects already in progress, except where otherwise required by law.

Project Requirements

Clients must provide all necessary files, branding materials, instructions, & project details before work begins. This includes logos, photos, videos, preferred colors, text, & other relevant information. Incomplete submissions may delay the project timeline.

Project Timeline & Delivery

Completed projects are generally delivered digitally within 7 business days after all required materials and instructions have been received, unless a different timeline is specified. Larger projects, additional revisions, or delayed client communication may extend delivery times.

Revisions & Changes

Revisions are limited to those included in the purchased service. Revisions must remain within the original project scope. Additional edits, new concepts, major design changes, or requests beyond the purchased service may require additional payment.

Client Communication

Clients are responsible for responding to requests for clarification, providing accurate information, & reviewing completed work promptly. Delays in communication may affect project completion. Projects left inactive for 30 days due to missing client materials or responses may be closed without a refund, subject to applicable law.

Content Ownership & Usage

Clients must have the legal right to use all submitted photos, videos, music, logos, & other materials. Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon rights to their completed deliverables. KJ Social Studios retains ownership of unused concepts, editable working files, templates, & proprietary design materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party licensed materials remain subject to their original licensing terms.

Creative Direction & Results

Creative services are developed using the client's provided information & the agreed-upon project scope. While client preferences are considered, exact visual outcomes & specific marketing results cannot be guaranteed.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

KJ Social Studios may request permission to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, or social media. Confidential or unpublished client materials will not be publicly shared without authorization.

Policy Agreement

Purchasing a creative service constitutes acceptance of these terms. KJ Social Studios, LLC may update its policies for future purchases, with existing orders remaining subject to the terms accepted at checkout.
